Designing a Story Worth Sharing

This inspiring children’s book celebrates the trailblazing women of pediatric surgery—sharing their stories with the next generation of SHEroes. I led the design of the full book layout, working closely with the author and illustrator to bring clarity, cohesion, and visual appeal to each page. Beyond the book itself, I managed print and publication through Barnes & Noble Press, designed a pre-order landing page, and created supporting promo materials for the American Pediatric Surgical Association conference, including posters and flyers. The book has sold over 300 copies and continues to empower young readers and future surgeons.
